Key Responsibilities
Develop dynamic and responsive web interfaces using the VueJS framework
Write high-quality web applications that delight end-users of the product
Design and implement RESTful APIs while developing reusable web components
Write unit, functional and end-to-end tests
Collaborate closely with User Experience Design, Product, Development, Finance, and Operations teams
Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
Estimation and timely delivery of software systems 
Adopt and evolve best engineering practices
The Ideal Candidate
A degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or similar experience
At least 2+ years of professional experience shipping web applications to production
Have a track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex, low-latency, and preferably transaction-based/B2C, web applications
Experience with Javascript programming language and modern Javascript UI framework React/Angular/VueJS
Deep, hands-on programming and technical design skills with demonstrated willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications to back-end services
Proficient understanding of code versioning tool git and continuous integration
A proactive approach in terms of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for components and modules
Being a team player and helping the team achieve shared objectives
Good understanding of modern web frameworks
Experience in designing Rest APIs
Knowledge of web security and performance and experience with Software Design patterns
Knowledge and experience with Application Integration patterns
Experience working for a start-up is preferred
History of effectively working with and growing geo-distributed partner teams
Experience with web application security and performance tuning
Experience developing high-volume internationalized web and app experiences
