Job Description
We are looking for a resourceful Business Development Manager with a strong drive for commerce, possessing superior communication skills to work closely with the head of growth and market teams as part of creating scalable sales plans.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in India
Develop multi-channel, tech-based sales skills using AI-based lead nurturing and automated CRM across the sales funnel
Build business by reaching out to prospects and partners through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach
Track and report weekly and monthly targets and actively seek out new sales opportunities
Gather feedback from customers, prospects, and partners and share with internal teams to refine the product strategy
Key Requirements
5-8 years of proven experience in customer-facing BD roles
Proficiency in English
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
A startup mentality with a bias to action and a passion for sales
Comfortable working with uncertainty and in a high-growth environment
Able to work both independently and as part of the team
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Understanding of SMBs and B2B sector is a plus
