Job Description
We are looking for a resourceful Business Development Manager with a strong drive for commerce, possessing superior communication skills to work closely with the head of growth and market teams as part of creating scalable sales plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in India
  • Develop multi-channel, tech-based sales skills using AI-based lead nurturing and automated CRM across the sales funnel
  • Build business by reaching out to prospects and partners through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach
  • Track and report weekly and monthly targets and actively seek out new sales opportunities
  • Gather feedback from customers, prospects, and partners and share with internal teams to refine the product strategy
Key Requirements
  • 5-8 years of proven experience in customer-facing BD roles
  • Proficiency in English
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • A startup mentality with a bias to action and a passion for sales
  • Comfortable working with uncertainty and in a high-growth environment
  • Able to work both independently and as part of the team
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Understanding of SMBs and B2B sector is a plus
